NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 16th November, 1981

G.S.R. 602 CE).— In exercise of the powers conferred by

lub-section (a) of seciion 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951

(61 of 1951), read with rule 4 of tho Indian Forest Service (Cadre)

Rules, 1966, the Central Government, in consultation with the

Government of Madhya Pradesh, hereby makes tho following

regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service

(Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :-

(1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest

Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Seventh Amend-

ment Regulations, 1981.

(2) They shall come Into force on tho date of their publi-

cation in the Official Gazette.

In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of

Cadro Strength) Regulations, 1966, for the heading "Madhya

Pradesh" and the entries occurring thereunder, the following

shall be substituted, namely :—

G.S.R. No. 603 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of section 3, of the All India Services Act, 1951

(61 of 1931), read with rule 11 of the Indian Forest Service (Pay)

Rules, 1968, the Central Government, in consultation with the

Government of Madbya Pradesh, heroby makes the following

rules further 1o amend the Indian Foiost Service (Pay) Rules,

1968, namely : —

1. (1) Those Rules may be called the Indian

Forest Sei-vice

(Pay) Eighth Amendment Rules, 1981.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-

cation in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 1968:-

(a) In Schedule fU-A— Posts carrying pay above the time

scale pay in the Indian Forest Service under the State

Governments, in the Table for the. entry "Madhya

Pradesh" occurring in the first column and the corres-

ponding entries in the second and third columns, the

following shall be substituted, namely:--
