New Delhi, the 17th November, 1981

G.SJt 607(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by »ub-item (6) of

item (d) of Heading No. 84.66 (i) of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff

Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, having regard to the economic

development of the country, hereby makes the following further amendment

in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue

and Banking No. 269-Customs, dated Iho 2nd August, 1976, namely:—

In the said notification, after Serial No. (9) and the entries relating thereto,

the following shall be inserted, namely :^~

"(10) Bombfty-Pune Product Pipeline Project".
