S.O. 802(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of

Section 15 ol the Merchant Shipping Art, 1958 (44 of 195«) read with Rule 4

of, the Shipping Development Fund Committee (Genera!.) Rule*, 1980. the

Central Government hereby appoint &hri K. C. S. Acharya, Additional Sccrt-

tary in the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, a< ,i member of the

Shipping Development Fund Oimniltree with immediate effeu .ind make the

following further amendment in the Notification of fh» Government of India

port) (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 628, dated 17th March, 1959, namcir :—

In the said notification —

After S. No. 1 (he following' S. No. and entries shall be inserted,

Further S. Nos. may be changed accordingly.
