S.O. 804 (E).—In pursuance of clause (b) of the Explanation to section 72A

of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby

makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government

of India in th« Ministry of Finance (Depa;tment of Revenue) No. S.O. 71<XE).

dated the 11th October, 1977. namely:—

In the said notification, for item S and the entries relating thereto, th«

following shall be substituted, namely:—

"5. Member (Staff and Training), Central Board of Direct Taxes, ex-

officio Additional Secretary, Department of Revenue, Miniitry of

Finance. Government of India".
