New Delhi, the 16th November, 1961

8.0. 803 (E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (ix> of clause 5 of the Capital

Issue* (Kxemption) Order, 1969, the Central Government hereby notifies, with

effect from the 6tli November, 1981, the rate of dividend on preference •hares,

to be issued under the authority of the said order, as that rate which does

not exceed 13.5 per cent per annum.
