ORDER

New Delhi, the 20th November, 1981

S.O. 820(E)/18FB/IDRA/81.—"Whetias by the Order ot

the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart-

ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 902(E)/lSFB/

IDRA/80 dated the 21st November, 19S0 (hereinafter refer-

red to as the said. Order), Ihe Central Government in exer-

cise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (.1) of

section 1RFB of the Industries (Development and Regulation)

Act. 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the operation of all

contracts, assurances of property, agreements,

settlements,

awards, standing orders or other instruments in force before

the date of issue of the said Older (other than those which

have been entered into, arrived at on como into force after the

6th January, 1979) to which the unit of Messrs Sri Rama

Sugars aDd Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Seetha-

nanagaram in the District of Srikakiyiam in the State of

Andhra Pradesh or the company owning the said unit is a

party on which may be applicable to the said industrial unit

o] company shall remain suspended for a period of one year

nnd all rights and previleges, obligations and liabilities accru-

ing or arising thereunder before the issue of the said Order shall

icmain. suspended for the said period ;

And, whereas, the Centfal Government is satisfied that the

'lui.ition of the said Order should be extended for a further

poi iod upto nnd inclusive of 5th January, 1982 ;

Mow, theicfore, in exercise of the poweis conferred by

sub-section (2) of section 1BFB of the Industries (Develop-

ment and Regulation) Art, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central

Government hereby extends th© duration of the said Order for

a further period upto and inclusive of the 5tli January, 19K2.
