25 of tho Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962),] the Central©pvBrnmenJ, Wng satisfied

that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further

tmendments in the notification of Ihb Obicrnment of J ndi'a In the Ministry bf Flriflhce

(Department of Revenue ) No. 117-Customs [GSR 318 (E)], dated the 9th June

1978, namely:—

In the said notification, in ths First Schedule,—•

(a) against Serial No. 3, in column 2, the following shall be added at the end,

namely:—•

"glycerol and glycerine";

(b) against Serial No. 6, ia column 2, the followifg shall be added at the end,

namely:—

"rutilesand";

(c) after Serial No. 13 and the cntiies relating thereto, the following Seiial No.

1 and entries shall be inserted, ramely:—
