section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Ovei o( JVlunagemeQtJ Ordinance,

197S (5 ol 1978), foi a penod of thice years commencing on and from

the second djy of December, 1978 ;

And whereas the Cential Government is of the opinion that it is expedient

in th« public interest that the management of the soid sugar mill &h,ill

continue to vest in the Central Government for a further period of thiee

years up to and inclusive of the lkt December, 1984 ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the povvets conferred by sub-section (5) of

section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978

(49 ot ly'/8), the Central Government heraby directs that the management

of the said sugar mill shall continue to vest in tho Central Government for

a further period of thrc» year! up to and inclusive of the lit December,

1984.
