NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 3rd December, 1981

S.O. 881(E).—In respect of Aluminium required to be sup-

plied in terms of Order No. 3 57(E), dated 15th July, 1975 Issued

in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 read with clause (f)

of sub-section (2) of the said section of the Essential Commodities

Act, 1955(10 of 1953) and clause 4C of the Aluminium (Con-

trol) Order, 1970 and in supersession of notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and

Mines

(Department of Mines) No. S. O. 23O(E), dated the 27th March,

1981, the Central Government hereby fixes undei the first proviso

to sub-clause (1) of clause 4 'of the Aluminium (Control) Order,

1970, the sale price of such indigenous aluminium sold as ingots,

billets, who bars and wire rods ns specified in the Schedule

below :—

of tho . Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970 and in supersession

of the notification of the Govenmment of ^India in tho Minlstiy

of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines) No. S, Q. 231 (E),

dated 27th March, 1981, the Central Government hereby fixes

sale price of indigenous aluminium ingot and indigenous wire

rod as specified in the Schedule below :—

Aluminum (Control) Order. 1970, and in supersession of the

Notification of the Government of India to the Ministry of Steel

and Mines (Department of Mines) No. S. O. 232(E), dated 27th

March, 1981, the Central Government bertby fixes the sale

price of imported aluminium as specified in the Schedule appen-

ded to this notification :
