NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd December, 1981

S.O. 884(E).—In exercise o£ the powers conferred by Section 5 of the

Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969), the Central

Government hereby appoints Shri Justice S. Madhusudan Rao, Judge of the

Andhra Pradesh High Court, as Member and Chairman, of the Monopolies

and Restrictive Trade Practices. Commission with effect from the afternoon of

3rd December 1981.

2, Shri S. Madhusudan Rao shall hold Office till he attains the age of

65 years.
