EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. No. 8OT(E).—No. E(Q/O, 197T/AM(2Z5).—In exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exn^ts (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of

1947), th© Central Government hereby makes^w following order further to

amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1 This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirty-sixth Amend-

ment Order, 1981.

2. la the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL.3, Schedule I,

the

existing entry in Col. 4 of S. No. 34, shall be substituted by

the

following entry:—

"Export allowed subject to minimum export price of Rs. 800 per

Kn. f.o.b. to all permissible destinations ctcertt to countries hav-

ing a common land frontier with India"
