NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 10th December, 1981

G.S.R. 653(E) .—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the All India Service Act, 1951,

(61 of 1961), read with rule 4 of tuo Indian Forest Service (Cadre)

Rules, 1966, the Central Government, In consultation with the

Government of "Haryana" hereby makes the following regu-

lations farther to amand the Indian Forest Service (Fixation

of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :—

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest

Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Ninth Amendment regu-

lations, 1981.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-

tion in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to he Indian Forest Service, (Fixation of

Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, for the heading "Haryana"

and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be

substituted, namely :—

"HARYANA

1. Senior posts under the State Government

Chief Conservator of Forests

Addl. Chief Conservator of Forest

Conservator of Forests

Deputy Conservator of Forests

Deputy Conservator of Forests, Headquarters

Deputy Conservator of Forests, Working Plan

G.S.R. 654(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of section 3, of the All India Services Act, 1951

(51 of 1961),read with rule 11 of ths Indian Forest Ssrvice(pay)

Rules, 1968,tho Central Government, in consultation with the

Government of Harayana, hereby makes the following rules

further to amend the Indian Forest Service (pay) Rules,1968,

namely:—

1. (1) Those Rules may bo called the Indian Forest Service

(Pay) Tenth Amendment Rules, 1981.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-

cation in the official Gazette,

2- In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 1968:—

(a) In Schedule III-A Posts carrying pay above the time scale

pay In the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments,

in the Table for the entry' 'Haryana" occurring in the first column

and the corresponding entries in the second and third columns

the following shall be subsituted, namely:—

ing shall be substituted, namely:—
