New Delhi, the 11th December, 1981

S.O. 894(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government

of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irri-

gation (Department of Food), No, S.O. 704(E), dated the

8th December, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the said

Order), the management of the Shri Keshoraipatan Sahkari

Sugar Mills Limited, manufacturing sugar at Keshoraipatan

in the Dstrict of Bundi in the State of Rajasthan was vested

in the Central Government under clause (b) of sub-section

(2) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of

Management) Ordinance, 1978 (5 of 1978), for a period of

three years commencing on and from the thirteenth day of

December, 1978 ;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion

that it is expedient in the public interest that the management

of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the

Central Government for a further period of three years up

to and Inclusive of the twelfth day of December, 1984 ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Tak-

ing Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), the Central

Government hereby directs that the management of the

said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the Central

Government for a fuither period of three years up to and

inclusive of the twelfth day of December, 1984.

S.O. 895(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government

of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irri-

gation (Depaiftment of Food), No. S.O. 705(E), dated the

8th December, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the said

Order), the- management of the Jijamata Sahkari Sakhar

Karkhana Ltd., manufacture sugar at Shankarnagar In the

District of Buldana in the State of Maharashtra was vested

in the Central Government under clause, (b) of sub-section

(2) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of

Management) Ordinance, 1978 (5 of 1978), forl a period of

three years commencing on and from the thirteenth day of

December, 1978 ;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion

that it is expedient in the public interest that the management

of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the

Central Government for a further peHod of three years up

to and inclusive of the twelfth day of December, 1984 ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Sugar

Undertakings

(Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), the

Central Government hereby directs that the management of

the said suflar undertaking shall continue to vest in the

Central Government for a further period of three years up

to and inclusive of the twelfth day of December, 1984.

S.O. 896(E).—Wherleas by the Order of the Government

of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irri-

gation (Department of Food) No. S.O. 727(E), dated the

26th December, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the sai«>

Older) the [management of the Dcoria Sugar Mills Limited

manufacturing sugar at Deoria in the District of Deorla in

the State of Uttar Pradesh was vested in the Central Govern-

ment under sub-section (3) of secion 3 of the Sugar Under-

akings (Taking Over of Management) Oildinance, 1978 (5 of

1978), for a period of three years commencing on and from

twenty-seventh day of December, 1978 ;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion

that it is expedient in the public interest that the Manage-

ment of the said sugar undertaking shall conlnue to vest in

the Cent: til Government for a further period of three years

up to and inclusive of the twenty-sixth day of December,

1984.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Tak-

ing Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), tho

Central Government hereby diiecb that the management of

the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the

Central Government for a further period of three years

up to and inclusive of the twenty-sixth day of December^

1984.

S.O. 8»7(E),—Whereas by the Order of the Government

of Ifidia in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irri-

gation (Department of Food) No. S.O. 726(E), dated the

26th December, 1978 (hereinaftwi referred to as the said

Order), the management of the Shree Sitaram Sugar Co.

Ltd., manufacturing sugar at Baltalpur in the District of

Deoria in the State of Uttar Pradesh was vested in the

Central Government under sub-section (3) of section 3 of

the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Ordi-

nance, 1978 (5 of 1978), for a period of three years com-

mencing on and fiom ih& twenty-seventh day of December,

1978 ;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion

that it is expedient in the public interest that the manage-

ment of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest

in the Central Government for a further period of three

yeais up to and inclusive of the twenty-sixth day of Decem-

ber, 1984.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred bv

sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Tak-

ing Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978)

the

Central Government hereby diifccls that. the management

of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the

Central Government for a further period of three years up

to and inclusive of the twenty-sixth day of December, 1984.
