New Delhi, the 14th December, 1981

S.R.O. 3KE).-—In exercise of the powers cunieneci by sub-section (1) of

section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the

Central Government hereby declares every service forming pait of; or connected

with, water supply under the Public Health Engineering Department in the

State of Bihar to be a service of vital importance to the community.
