NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21at December, 1981

G.S.R. 672(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2),

read with clause (a) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations

Act. 1964 (37 of 1964), thc Central Government hereby appoints Shri

P.

Ramachandran to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Food

Corporation of India with effect from the 11th December, 1981 and for thai

purpose amends the notification of the Government of India in the late Mlnirtry

of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food), No. G.S.R. 37, dated the

2nd Jnnuary, 1965, as follows, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading "Chairman, appointed under

section 7(lXa)'\ the following item and entry shall be inserted, namely:—

"(1) Shri P. Ramitchandran".
