S.O. 907(E).—In exercise of the powers confeircd by section 5, r&id with

sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreiitn Exchange Manipula-

tors (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government

hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of

India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No.

SO. 4l(E) [No 1205/F No 414/2/76|TT (Inv] dued the 15th January 1976,

namely :—

In the Tabk below the said Order, in Column (2) jgainst Serial No 3,

for 'Shrl D S Sarma", "Shu O R R^ighavjn' shall be substituted

S.O. 908(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, read with
