New Delhi, the 24th December, 1981

S.O. 910(E).—In

exercise of the powers conferred

by section 3 of the

Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby

makes the following Order further to amend the Paper (Control) Order, 1979,

namely :—

l- (1) This order may be called the Paper (Control) Amendment Order,

1981.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. In clause 6, for the abbreviation, figures, brackets and words "Rs. 3500.00

(rupees three thousand five hundred only)", the flbbriviation, figures, bracket

and words "Rs. 4200.00 (rupees four thousand two hundred only)" shall bi

substituted.
