S.R.O. 37.E.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section

(1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924),

Central Government, being satisfied that for the adminis-

of the Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitu-

tion of the Cantonment Board, Kirkee, hereby makes a declara-

tion to that effect and further directs that the constitution of

the said Board shall stand varied for a period of one year with

effect from the 7th January, 1982.

14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) read with the noti-

fication of the Government of Tndia In the Ministry of Defence

No. S.R.O. 37-E, dated the 22nd December, 1981, published in

the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette, Part It Sec-

tion 4 dated the 24th December, 1981, the Central Government

hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nomi-

nated by the Officer Commanding the Station, to be the mem-

bers of the Cantonment Board, Kirkee with effect from

7th

January, 1982 :—
