NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th December, 1981

SO 913(E).—'In exercise,of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of sec-

tion 1 of the Employees' Slate Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central

Govammcnt hereby appoints the 27th December, 1981 as the date on which the

provisions of Chapter TV (except sections 44 and 45 which havo already been

biought into force) and Chapters V and VI (except sub-section (1) of section 76

and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been, brought into force) of

the said Act shall come into force in. the following area^ in the State of

katnataka, namely :—

"The area within the municipal Town limit of Mandya and city survey

limits of Mandya Town Revenue Circle Mandya, in Mandya Taluk in

Mandya Distiict."
