39(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by

on (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924

24), the Central Government, being satisfied that for

administration of the cantonment, it is desirable to vary

the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Secunderabad,

hereby makes a declaration to that effect and further directs

that the constitution of the said Board shall stand varied

for a period of one year with effect from the 30th December,

1981.

14 qt the Cantonment* Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) read with

notification of the Government of luJU in tJiL- Ministry of

Defence No. S.R.O. 39-E dated the 28th December, 1981,

published in the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette,

Part II Section 4, dated the'28th December, 1981, the Cen-

tral Government hereby notifies that the following two per-

sona have been nominated by the Officer Commanding the

Station, to be the members ')f the Cantonment Board, Sc-

cunderabad with effect from 30th December, 1981 :-

1, Lt. Col, Aroarjit Singh—nominated under clause (b)

of sub-section (2) of section 14,

•2. Nawab Mahmood ^fiiart—nominated under clauie (c)

of sub-section^) Qt section 14.
