NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 29th December, 1981

S.O. 919(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

ection (3) of section 1 of the Export-Import Bank of India

Act 1981 (28 of 1981), the Central Government hereby ap-

points the 1st day of January, 1982, as the date on which all

the provisions of the said Act, except those contained in

section 26, shall come into force.

S.O. 920(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 3 of the Export-Import Bank of India

Act, 1981 (28 of 1981). the Central Government hereby ap-

points the 1st day of January, 1982, as the date with effect

from which a Corporation to be known as the Export-Import

Bank of India shall be established for the purposes of the

said Act
