G-S.R. 678CE).—In exercise of the power* conferred by »ub-rule (1) of rule 8

of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes

the

following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis-

try of Finance (Department of Revenue and Innurancc) No. 87|76-Central Excises,

dated the 16th March, 1976, namely :-~

In the »aid notification, after the- Table, the followlnc explanation shall be

inserted, hanhely :—'

"Explanation—In this notification "yarn »pun wholly out of glass fibres"

•hall not include continuous filament yarn."
