F. No. IPC|3|40|81.—Attention is invited to para 47 of the Import policy,

1981-82 published under th« Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 13-

ITC(PN)|81 dated the 3rd April, 1981, read with para 361(iv) of the Hand Book

of Iihport-Export Procedures, 1981-82 published under the Department of Com-

merce Public Notice No. 14-ITC(PNJ|81 dated 3rd April, 1981.

2. In pursuance of the aforesaid para 361 (iv) of the Hand Book of Iraport-

Export Procedures, 1981-82, the following will also be eligible to import goods

under OGL in terms of the afbrtadid para 47 of the Import Policy, 1981-82.—

(i) Electrical Research & Development Association, Vadodara.

(ii) Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta,

3. the imports will be subject to the conditions applicable to the research

and development units as laid down in App'ettdix 10 of the Import

policy,

1981-82.
