sub-section (1) of Section 52 of the For#igp, Exchange Regulation Act, 1973

(46 of 1973), the Central Government hereby appoint Shri A. Ncebkantan,

a substantive Grade I Officer of the Central Legal Service (Joint Secretary and

Legal Adviser) in the Ministry of Law, Justice aftd Company Affairs, Depart-

ment of Legal Affairs and presently working as Joint Secretary in the Depart-

ment of Cotopany Affairs of that Ministry, as Full-time Member of th5

foreign Exchange Regulation Appellate JJoaijd, New Delhi,, with effect from

the forenoon of the 1st February, 1982, "and until further orders.
