EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. H5(E)|No. E(C)O, 1977|AM(234).—bi exerc'se of the powers conferred

by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947),

the Central Government hereby makes the following Order fuither to amend

the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely:—

1.

This Order may be called the Exports, (Contiol) Fifth Amendment

Order, 1982.

2.

In Part 'B' Schedule I, to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the

following items shall be added after S. No. 40(ii):—

"40(iii)—Protein Isolate.

40(iv)—Edible Gioundnut Flour."
