O.N. 19(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 13 of tha Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950),

the

Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following further amend-

ment shall be made in its notification No. 429./DL/79(l), dated 23 October,

1980, namely :—

In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification, uftcr the existing

entry numbered 2 appearing against item No. 3 relating to 3-Outer

Delhi

parliamentary constituency, the following entries shall bo inserted :—

''3. Shri B. S, Anand, Executive Magistrate, Tis Hnzari Couito,

Delhi,

and

4. Shri J. M. L. Bhatnagar, Election Officer, Outer Delhi parliamentary

constituency, Delhi."
