G&R. 275(E).—Tn cxericae of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government

being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby make*

the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of

Indin in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 4-Customs,

dated the 19th January, 1980, namely :—

In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and words

"31st day of March, 1982" the figures, letters and words "30th April, 1983"

•hall be substituted.
