G.S.R. 2»1(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule

8 of the Central Excise Rulos, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in

the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 95|81-Central

Excises,

dated the 1st April, 1981, namely :—

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st March,

1982", the figures, letters and words "31st March, 1983" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 292(E).—In exercise of ihe powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8

of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the

•following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the

Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 96|81-Central Excises, dated the

1st April, 1981, namely :—

Tn the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st March,

1982" ihe figures, letters and words "31st March, 1983" shall be substituted.
