G.S.R. 29 ©."In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951,

(6i of 1951), read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre)

Riles, 1966, the Central Government In oonsultJrtion with the

Government of Bihar, hereby mafres the following regulations

further to amend thp Indian Forest Service-{Fixation of Cadre

Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :—

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest

Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) FtHt Amendment

Regulations, 1982.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-

tion in the Official Gazette.

2. Jn the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixalio

of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, for the heading "Bihar'

and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be

substituted, namely :—
