NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st April, 1982

G.S.R. 297{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 3, read with section 7(2Xb) of the Major Port. Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of

1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the Deputy Secretary (Labour),

Ministry of Shipping and Transport, as a Trustee to represent the Ministry

of Shipping and Transport, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of New

Mangalore vice the Director (Labour), Ministry of Shipping and Transport and

makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India

in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ((Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 248(E),

dated the 31st March, 1982, namely :—

In the said notification, against Serial Number 6, for the entry "Director

(Labour)", the entry "Deputy Seccetary (Labour)", shall be substituted.
