NOTIFICATION

Now Delhi, the 18th April, 1982

G.S.R. 32<HE).—In continuation of notification No. G.S.R: 251(Ej, dated the

18th April, 1979 and in exorcise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)

of section 294AA of the Companies Act, iy56 (1 of 1956) read with the notifi-

cation of the Government oj' India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company

Aflairs'(Department of Company Aifaire) No. G.S.R. 343(E), dated the 24th June,

1975, the Company Law Board, being of the opinion that the demand for the

category of goods specified in the Table below is substantially in excess of the

production or supply of such goods and that the services of the Sole Selling

Agents will not be necessary to create a market for such goods, hereby declares

that Sole Selling Agents shall not be appointed by any company foi the sale of

such goods in India for a further period of 3 years from th-e date of publication

of this notification in the Official Gazette.

TABLE

Every category of ''bulk drug", "drucs" and 'formulation" as denned in the

Drugs (Prices Control) Older, 1979, not being :—

(i) any bunaiide preparation included in the Ayurvcdic (including Siddha)

or L'nani (Tibb) systems of medicine; or

Cii) any preparation included in the Homeopathic system of medicine.
