NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th April, 1982

ment that ft is necessary in the public interest that for the

should be Ured by the Oil and Natural Gas Commission.

And whereas, it appears that for th« purpose- of laying such

pipelines, it i» flecewary to acquire the right of user In the

land described in the schedule annexed hereto.

Now, therefore,

in exercise of the powers conferred

sub-section (1) of the section 3 ot Petroleum and Mineral Pipe-

lines (Acquisition of right of user in land) Act, 1962 (50 of

1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention

to acquire the right of user therein;

Provided that, any person interested in the said land may,

within 21 days from the date of this notification, object to

the laying ol the pipeline under the land to the Competent

Authority, Oil & Natural Gas Commission, Bombay Off-

Jihorc Project, Plix No. 9, Mkldl; Cli^s Housing

Society

And every person making such an objection shall state spt-

cifically whether he wishes, to be heard in person or by a legal

practitioner.
