New Delhi, the 20th April, 1982

S.O. 27J(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Govern-

ment that it is necessary in the public interest th*t for, the trans-

port of petroleum fiom

Terminal to

TrfaliVaishet

(R. C, F. Project) in Maharashtra State Pipeline should be

laid by the Oil and Natural Gaa Commission.

And whereas,

it appears that for the purpose of

laying

such pipelines, it is necessary to acquire the rigltt of user in

the land described in the schedule annexed hereto.

Now, therefore,

in exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of the section 3 of ihe Pelroleum and Mineral

Pipelines (Acquisition of right of user in land) Act,

1962'

(30 of 1962),

the Central Government hereby declares its

intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Provided that, any person interested In the said land may,

within 21 dp^s from the date of this notification, object to

tha laying ot the pipeline under the land lo the Competent

Authority,

Oil and Natural Gas Commission,

Bombay

Offshore Project, Plot No. 9, Middle Clasi Housing Panvel,

Taltika Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra State,

And every person making such an objection shall state spe-

cifically whether he wishes to be heard in person or by

a

ltfal practitioner.
