NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st April, 1982

S.O. 278(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of sec-

tion 1 of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981

(61 of 1981), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of May 1982,

as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act, except those contained in

section 3, section 16 and section 18, shall come into force,
