ORDER

New Delhi, the 23rd April, 1982

S.O. 279(E)/18A/IDRA/82.—Whereas by the order of the Government of

India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industiial

Development) No S.O. 678(EV18A/IDRA/72, dated the 24th October, 1972

(hereinafter referred to as the said order), the management of the industrial

undertaking known as Messrs Carter Pooler and Company Private Limiled,

Calcutta, had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the

iaid order for a period of 5 years ;

And whereas, by the orders of the Government of India in.the Ministry of

Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 620(E)/18A/fDRA/

77, dated the 19th August, 1977, No. S.O. 59O(E)/18A/IDRA/79, dated the

23rd October, 1979, No. S.O. S55(E), dated the 23rd October, 1980, No.

S.O. 315(E), dated the 22nd April, 1981 and No. S.O 765(E)/18A/IDRA/81
