G.S.R. 354(E). — In. exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 195J,

(61 cf 1951), read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre)

Rules, I96tf, tho Central Government, in consultation with the

Government of "West Bengal" hereby makis the following

re-

gulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service ("Fixation

of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :—

1. (1) Th:se regulations may bjcalbd the Indiun Forest Service

(Fixation of Cadre Strength) Second Am;ndm;nt Regula-

tions, 1982.

(2) They shall come into force on th? date of (heir publica-

Rubs, 1968,

th; Central Government, in consultation with

the Government of West Bengal, hereby makes the following

rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules,

1968, namely:—

1. 0) Thjsc Rul:s nuy bj called the Indian Forest Service

(Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 1982.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-

tion in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 1968:-. -

(a) In Schedule III-A Posts carrying pay above the time scale

pay in the Indian Forest Service under the Slate Governments,

in the Table for the entry "West Bengal" occurring in the

first columi. and the corresponding entries in the second

and third columns the following shall be substituted,

namely :—
