GSR. 558(E)—In exerusc of the poweis cojifcried by section 10, read

wilh sub scLtioiii (1) and (6) of section 1 of the Majoi Port Trusts Act, 1963

(38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Shn S K. Bhattachniyya,

the lollowing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in
