Secretary of the Board.

4. The Board will continue to discharge the

following

functions :—

(lj to coordinate und guide the activities of the State

Advisory Boaids.

(ii) to assist and Hdvise Government on measures neces-

sary to spread the National Savings Movement in

the country and on the wayi and means of popu-

larising the small savings schemes ; and

(lii) to advise the Government on specific organisational

and publicity matter? relating to National Savings

Movement.
