the Central Government hereby nominates Shri J. S. Azad ,ind .shri K. K.

Mitia as members ot the Committee to considci the question of abolilion of

contract labour system in coal and ash handling work in I6co sheds of the

Jndian Railways, vice Shri C. M. Malik and Shrj V. P. Dung lcspecih-cly, and

makes the following amendments, namely :—

In the said Resolution for seu.il numbers 3 and 4 and ihe enliie?, relating

thereto, the following shall respectively be substituted, namely :—
