Subject.—Export of Mango lulcte during the period 1982-83.

File No. 9(5)/82-E. n.—Attention is invited to ihe Exports (Control) Amend-

ment Order No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(253) dated the 10th December, 1982 on the

above subject.

2. It has now been decided to allow export of Mango Juice on de-conti oiled

basis without any Minimum Expoit Price. Accordingly, the entry appealing

against S. No. 37 at page 16 of the Policy Statement of Import and Export

Policy, April, 1982—March, 1983 (Volume II) shall be deleted.
