NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. 72(E).-—In exercise of the powers conferred by pro-

viso to sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed For;es' (Emer-

gency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Covernment

hereby declares all services connected with the operation

and

maintenance of the Farakka Barrage Project to be services

of

vital importance to the community.
