NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd December, 1983

S.O. 904(E).—In pursuance of clause 3

of the

Quality

Control Order, 1945, as continued in force by section 16 of the

Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central

Government hereby prescribes that the Begunia Seam Coal of

Begunia colliery, Raniganj Coalfield, shall be

classified

as

'Coking Coal' with immediate effect.
