• S.O. 189(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section

9 of the Emigration Act, 1983 (31 of 1983) and in supersession

of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Lab-

our and Rehabilitation, Department of Labour No. S.O. 943(E)

dated the 30th December, 1983, the Central Government hereby

appoints

Shri R. K. A. Subrahmanya,

Secretary,

Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation. Department of Labour, to

be the Registering Authority for a period from the 22nd March,

1984 to the 28th March, 1984.
