NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28(A) of the Representation of the People

Act,1951, the Administrator of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu hereby designates the

officers/officials performing duties in the District of Dadra & Nagar Haveli of the rank of Deputy

Inspector General of Police, Superintendent of Police, Assistant Superintendent of Police, SDPO,

Police Inspectors, Police Sub-Inspectors, Assistant Sub Inspectors, Company Commander, Head

Constables, Constables and Home Guards, as Designated officer for the purpose of conducting Bye-

Election of Parliamentary Constituency of Dadra & Nagar Haveli to be held on 30/10/2021.

It is further notified that the Officers/Officials of the Central Armed Police Force, and any

other police force deployed for election related duties are also designated as Designated Officers for

the purpose of conducting the said Bye-Election of the Dadra & Nagar Haveli Parliamentary

constituency.
