On the basis of the records furnished by Shri Sheikh Nasimuddin, Cook, Administrator’s

Secretariat, Kachigam, Daman, it is hereby ordered that the name of Shri Seikh Nasimuddin be

changed as “SHEIKH NASIMUDDIN” instead of “Shri Seikh Nasimuddin” in the service records of

the personnel.

Necessary entry to be made in the service book of the personnel.

This issues with the approval of the Advisor to the Administrator / Appointing Authority,

Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu vide diary No. 826907 dated 24/01/2022.
