N O T I F I C A T I O N

The Administrator of Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu is hereby

pleased to appoint Shri Sanjay Jain, Advocate for the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and

Daman and Diu to appear and defend the interest of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and

Daman and Diu in Civil Matters before the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay for a period of One (01) year

w.e.f. 02/09/2025.

The rate of fee shall be as per O.M. No. 26(1)/2014-Judl. Dated 01/10/2015 issued by the

Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, New Delhi on the

same terms and conditions.

This is issued with the approval of the Hon’ble Administrator, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and

Daman and Diu vide dairy No. 1436611 dated 02/09/2025.
