PRESS NOTE

As per the direction of the Election Commission for UTs, New Delhi, the Final Electoral Roll

in respect of Municipal Council of Daman District with reference to 01/01/2025 as the qualifying date

of Daman District has been prepared in accordance with rule 14 of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman

& Diu Municipal Council (Election) Rules, 2025, the same has been re-published in Form 3 in the

manner specified in sub-rule(1) of the rule 12, on 04/10/2025.

The Final Electoral Roll in respect of Municipal Council of Daman District will be available

for inspection for public from 04/10/2025 onwards in the office of the undersigned, Office of the

BDO/AERO, Daman Municipal Council of Daman District and Election Department, Collectorate,

Daman respectively.

Public in General and Political Parties in particular are requested to take note of the Final

Electoral Roll.

Notice of Final Publication of Electoral Roll

It is hereby notified for public information that the list of amendments to the draft electoral roll

for 1 to 15 ward Daman District has been prepared in accordance with the Dadra & Nagar Haveli and

Daman and Diu Municipal (Election) Rules, 2025. A copy of the said roll has been published and will

be available for inspection at my office.
