Notice is hereby given that:-

1. An Election is to be held of a member to 1/15 ST ward of SILVASSA MUNICIPAL

COUNCIL.

2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Assistant Returning

Officer/Resident Deputy Collector (Silvassa), at 4^th Floor, wing-A, Collectorate, Silvassa

between 11:00 am and 3.00 pm on any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the

17/10/2025(Friday)

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid:

4. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at office of Returning Officer/Collector,

1^st floor, A-wing, Collectorate, Silvassa on 18/10/2025 at 11.00 a.m.

5. Notice of withdrawal of candidate may be delivered by a candidate or his election agent who

has been authorized in writing by candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in

paragraph 2 above at his office on 20/10/2025 before 3.00 pm in the office of Assistant

Returning Officer/Resident Deputy Collector(Silvassa), at 4^th Floor, wing-A, Collectorate,

Notice is hereby given that:-

1. An Election is to be held of a member to 12/15 General ward of SILVASSA MUNICIPAL

COUNCIL.

2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Assistant Returning

Officer/ Chief Officer (SMC), at 2^nd Floor, Silvassa Municipal Council, 66 KVA Road,

Silvassa between 11:00 am and 3.00 pm on any day (other than a public holiday) not later than

the 17/10/2025(Friday)

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid:

1^st floor, A-wing, Collectorate, Silvassa on 18/10/2025 at 11.00 a.m.

5. Notice of withdrawal of candidate may be delivered by a candidate or his election agent who

has been authorized in writing by candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in

paragraph 2 above at his office on 20/10/2025 before 3.00 pm in the office of Assistant

Returning Officer/ Chief Officer (SMC), at 2^nd Floor, Silvassa Municipal Council, 66 KVA

6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 05/11/2025(Wednesday)
