Notice is hereby given that:-

1. An election is to be held of a member to

1) 01 to 08 Wards of Dunetha Gram Panchayat.

2) Sarpanch of Dunetha Gram Panchayat

2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer or to

the Assistant Returning Officer, at office of the Chief Officer, Daman Municipal Council,

Daman, Daman Municipal Council, Fort Area, Moti Daman between at 11:00 a.m. and 03:00

p.m. on any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the 17/10/2025 (Friday).

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid:

આથી જાણ કરવામા આવે છે. કે,

દમણ મુકામે તારીખ ૧૭/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ (શ ક્રવાર) થી મોડા િહીૂં એ રીતે (જાહેર રજા હોય તે નિવાયિા) કોઈપણ

નદવિે િવારે ૧૧:૦૦ વાગ્ ર્ાથી સાંજે ૩:૦૦ વાગ્ યા િુધીમાૂં િોપી શકશે.

3. ઉમેદવારી પત્રોિી િમ િા ઉપરોક્ત કચેરીએથી ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ િમયે મળી શકશે.

4. ઉમેદવારી પત્રોિી ચકાિણી તારીખ ૧૮/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ (શધનવાર) ના રોજ સવારે ૧૧: ૦૦ વાગ્ર્ે થી મ ખ્ર્

અધિકારી, દમણ નગરપાધલકા, દમણ, દમણ નગરપાધલકા, ફોટા એધરર્ા, મોટી દમણ મુકામે હાથ ધરવામાૂં

આવશે.

5. ઉમેદવાર અથવા તેિા િામિી દરખાસ્ત મુકિાર અથવા ચ ૂંટણી એજેંટ (કે જે ઉમેદવારોએ લેનખત અનધકૃત કરેલ
