Notice is hereby given that:-

1. An election is to be held of a Sarpanch (Scheduled Tribes - Women) of Dadra Gram

Panchayat.

2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer,

at the Chamber of the Chief Executive Officer, 1^st Floor, District Panchayat, DNH,

Silvassa or to the Assistant Returning Officer, at the Chamber of the Chief Executive

Officer, 1^st Floor, District Panchayat, DNH, Silvassa between at 11.00 AM and 3.00 PM on

any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the 17/10/2025 (Friday).

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid:

4. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at the Conference Hall, 1^st Floor,

District Panchayat, DNH, Silvassa on 18/10/2025 (Saturday) at 11.00 AM onwards.

5. Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer or his

election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the

officers specified in paragraph 2 above at his office before 3.00 PM on 20/10/2025

(Monday).

6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 05/11/2025 (Wednesday)

ઉમેદવારી પત્રકો, ઉમેદવાર અથવા તેના નામની દરખાસ્ત મુકનાર દ્વારા, ચ ંટણી અતિકારીની કચેરી, મુખ્ય

કાયમકારી અતિકારીની રૂર્, પિેલા ર્ાળે, જજલ્લા પંચાયત, દાદરા અને નગર િવેલી, સેલવાસ ખાતે તારીખ

૧૭/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ (શુક્રવાર) થી મોડા નહિ એ રીતે (જાિેર રજા િોય તે તસવાય) કોઈ પણ હદવસે સવારે ૧૧.૦૦

વાગ્યાથી ૦૩.૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધીમાં સોપી શકાશે.
